Electrostatic ultrasonic sensing gives AGVs and AMRs the range, accuracy, and soft-target sensitivity that collision avoidance and precision docking require — from 1 inch to 40 feet with appropriate drive electronics, within about ±1/8 inch at close range, with beam patterns matched to warehouse aisle geometry.
